
Differs from the common wolfberry in its procyanidins content (a natural antioxidant that gives the berry its color). Nourishes the liver and kidney. Boosts vitality and visual acuity. Suitable as a snack or used for cooking, boiling soup and decoction. Wash before consumption.
Recommended daily intake: 3-6 grams per day as decoction (steeping in 60°C warm water for 10 minutes) or 5-10 grams for direct consumption. Avoid using boiling water. For best effects, long term consumption is recommended.
