Produced by evaporating seawater and harvesting the salt that remains. Generally more expensive than table salt because of how it's harvested. Light grey in color caused by rich mineral content. Most sea salts are not as heavily processed as table salt, retaining trace minerals that are usually removed during the refining process. Ideal for hand seasoning at the table rather than using in a grinder.
Storage: Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight.
