- Mix half or 1 teaspoon directly into water, smoothies, cereals, oatmeal, shakes, yoghurt, hot/cold beverages.
Add directly into desserts or sweet treats. Use in baking of cakes/cookies.
Recommended daily intake: To be consumed only during day time. May result in insomnia. One-third to 1 teaspoon (4g) a day, for adults. Start with one-third teaspoon first to test body's response. For effective response, take 1-2 days off a week or 1 week off a month. Suitable for children that experience fatigue, one-third teaspoon on an alternate day basis.
