A combination flavour of lemon and sage, with a sweet-note as undertone. Suitable for cooking curries, soups, dry rubs, marinades, grilling and baked goods with certain ingredients. Goes well with cumin. For best results in curries, a ratio close to 1:3 is recommended. For every tablespoon of cumin powder, add 3 tablespoons of coriander powder.
